UME paired farming pools to be removed on USwap DEX Nov 17th!

Users of USwap DEX (https://uswap.me/) can provide liquidity to the contract pools to earn swap fees and farm the native governance token UME (https://uswap.me/staking/), many of the liquidity pools are paired with UME token.

These UME paired pools will stop farming on the 17th on November 2021.

Reasoning: After analysing the activity on USwap in both farming and trading we can see that 99% of the UME trading activity as well as farming activity happens between the pairs:

USDT / UME

Removing the UME paired pools is a strategic move made in order to increase liquidity and stability of UME tokens in the two above pools, as well as increase the liquidity in non UME paired pools such as trx/jst, trx/usdt, trx/klv etc, to attract a larger number of traders utilising USwap as a trading tool

The two UME paired pools that will remain to farm UME will be:

TRX / UME &

USDT / UME

The remaining UME paired pools will stop farming UME and be removed.

What should those who are farming in UME paired pools do?

The users that have provided liquidity in pools such as ume/klv, ume/eth, ume/btc, ume/jst and so forth we recommended that:

1. On the 17th, claim farming rewards and unstake the LP tokens.

2. Remove current liquidity from USwap

3. Provide new liquidity to USwap in one of the two UME paired pools

4. Or provide new liquidity to the TRX paired pools such as:

trx/klv, trx/eth, trx/usdj, trx/wbtt, trx/sun, trx/btc, trx/win etc.

Increased UME supply in remaining pools:

The remaining liquidity pools paired with TRX will receive a higher UME supply to distribute amongst the farmers.

The supply that was in the UME paired pools that will be removed will be injected to the remaining pools farming UME to increase APY and attract more liquidity providers to USwap
